What are your delivery fees?
We are currently delivering orders within Singapore at a flat rate of $5 per order.
Enjoy FREE DELIVERY when you spend S$100 and above in a single order.
For same or next-day local deliveries, we are offering a flat rate of $15 per order.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Please note that our team takes 3-5 working days to process your order.
It will take our delivery service 2-4 working days to deliver it to your doorstep.
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is picked up for delivery.

Do you currently deliver internationally?
Online orders are currently available for delivery within Singapore only. We are working on offering international delivery.

What is your exchange policy for Museum of Ice Cream Singapore Online Store?

We accept exchange of any unused and defective merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with original tags attached, within the original packaging.

Sale items and canned beer are not eligible for exchange or refunds.

As limited quantities are available for collaborative products, all exchange requests will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
